		<description>Getting locally grown food in this area is a bit of a challenge, which, in no small part, is due to the lack of locally grown food in the area.  Of course, a big part of that has to do with us living in a desert.  To be honest, if you want fresh food in Nevada, your best bets are:

1.  Melons (Fallon)
2.  Corn (Fallon)
3.  Beef

That's pretty much it.  There's not a lot of fruit grown around here due to the temperature extremes, and there's not a lot of water to really support proper farmland.  Thankfully, range animals, though they're land intensive, aren't anywhere near as water intensive as actual crops, so guess what gets grown/raised out here?</description>
