Paintings are a mixture of gouache and watercolor on cold-pressed cotton. The landscape paintings are of locations across the Sierra Nevada and Great Basin that I have had the privilege of visiting over the past several years. When not painted en plain air, the landscapes are painted from photos I have taken during my travels. The bird paintings are based off of our fine feathered friends who frequent our bird feeders and open spaces throughout the year.
