Here is the tentative menu for lunch after the ceremony:


-Black bean, quinoa and white corn salad
-Arugula salad with olive oil, lemon, and shaved parmesan
-Spiced pear salad
-Mixed varieties of grapes on the vine
-Rosemary garlic roasted red potatoes
-Roasted seasonal veggies with balsamic glaze
-Green chile chicken enchiladas with black beans and seasonal veggies
-Green chile bean enchiladas with seasonal veggies (vegetarian, gluten free)
-Baked penne pasta with homemade beef ragu sauce
-Chicken tagine on a bed of couscous

Dessert will include Meyer lemon bars, dark chocolate brownies, and mini berry-cheesecakes

Beverages will include Iced Tea, Water, juice, beer, and wine.
